TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last Updated: June 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern the access, use, and operation of the Nityazo platform, including marketplace services, dairy subscription offerings, payment infrastructure, logistics frameworks, and associated digital services operated by Bujisa Technology Private Limited.

1. Legal Binding & Acceptance

By accessing, installing, browsing, or triggering programmatic requests on the Nityazo e-commerce marketplace platform, you indicate unambiguous contractual acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not consent to these statutory frameworks, please discontinue platform interaction immediately.

2. Operational Dichotomy (Marketplace vs. Producer)

Users explicitly acknowledge that Nityazo functions under a dual structural matrix:

  • Hyperlocal Facilitator: Nityazo acts as an intermediate technology engine bridging retail clients with third-party merchant networks. Inventory ownership for these goods rests with the respective independent store.
  • Direct Manufacturer: All milk, dairy assets, and allied goods processed, bottled, and sold under the proprietary brand name "Maharana" are owned, produced, and backed solely by Bujisa Technology Private Limited. The company assumes absolute regulatory accountability for these items.

3. Financial Frameworks & Gateway Compliance

All transactions processed on the platform are handled electronically through PCI-DSS certified payment mechanisms, primarily including Razorpay. Supported vectors comprise validated Unified Payments Interface (UPI) flows, authorised credit/debit instruments, and registered net-banking systems. Cash on Delivery (COD) functionality is entirely unavailable.

4. Subscription Controls & Dynamic Recalculations

The company deploys automatic processing scripts for long-running dairy subscriptions in alignment with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) e-mandate frameworks. Users accept that modifications to automated quantities dynamically shift their subscription timeline:

  • Volume increases reduce remaining lifecycle days.
  • Volume scale-downs elongate subscription cycles.
  • Complete multi-day plan terminations are subject to a standard 50% liquidation fee on the remaining balance.

5. Logistics, Risk, & Perishable Deliveries

Delivery tasks are assigned to freelance fulfilment contractors or independent gig-economy agents. Stated delivery intervals are close estimations influenced by traffic conditions, ambient weather elements, or merchant prep lag.

However, for self-manufactured “Maharana” items, safe cold-chain integrity remains the direct responsibility of the company, backed by the 2-hour spoilage replacement guarantee.

6. Statutory Product Disclosures

In accordance with Indian digital e-commerce mandates, the platform clearly presents all core item metadata, including:

  • Maximum Retail Price (MRP)
  • Net unit metrics
  • Manufacturing timeline markers
  • Safe expiry windows
  • Country of origin identification
  • Producer and merchant contacts

7. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

Bujisa Technology Private Limited accepts joint structural liability for errors caused by internal software faults, financial clearing delays, rider assignment oversights, or quality failures in its “Maharana” dairy line.

Under all scenarios, the total legal liability of the corporation is strictly limited to the absolute financial value of the specific disputed transaction.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and constructed under the legal framework of the Republic of India.

Any litigation, regulatory conflict, or formal suit arising from platform usage shall be filed exclusively within the competent courts of Guna, Madhya Pradesh.
